Nowadays, with the intelligent transformation, the domestic manufacturing industry has led to the vigorous development of Industrial Ethernet (PoE). Industrial automation requires higher-performance networks. The integration of the IoT ecological chain and factory equipment promotes the use of Industrial Ethernet. The application of Industrial Ethernet (PoE) is to apply Ethernet (PoE) to the industrial environment, which is different from the Ethernet system used in office networks or office buildings. The industrial application is to monitor the automatic operation data of different frequencies, vibrations, and temperatures of the production equipment in the factory through the network in real time.
However, the industrial site environment is relatively complex, and equipment connection usually requires stronger network equipment and cables, and the stability of the network and power supply must also be considered. Industrial Ethernet PoE power supply equipment has a special protocol, IEE802.3ab 1000Base-T Gigabit Ethernet network protocol standard, IEEE802.3af/at/bt power supply protocol standard.Through strict protocol standards, PoE power supply equipment can not only enable the normal receiving/sending of manufacturing equipment data, but also accurately send instructions when the system needs to perform operations. The automatic production system adopts the sensor connected by industrial Ethernet EtherNet/IP, and enters the industrial Ethernet through the conversion device.For example: during the automated PCBA production process, the equipment needs to send data instructions (automatic loading/unloading machine, solder paste printing machine, high-speed placement, reflow soldering), and other data instructions through the network to ensure that the equipment is carried out as expected, and the real-time production automation report is uploaded.
